This international website presents SKLUBS products and lets you request a quote or catalogue by email, telephone or WhatsApp. There is no online checkout in this launch version. This page explains how we use information you provide when contacting us and, if you subsequently place an order, when carrying out your project.

SKLUBS, a French SARL with share capital of €200, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 984 635 961, at 117 rue Gabriel Péri, 92700 Colombes, France, is the controller of your personal data. Its representative is Sylvain Clouet.

Data we use and why
For a quote, we use the contact details, product specifications, quantities, delivery destination, correspondence and artwork that you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and prepare the proposed service. Please send only files and personal information needed for your project.
If you subsequently place an order, we also use the billing, production and delivery information needed to fulfil it and provide support. Technical information is used to operate and secure the website. Marketing communications requiring your consent are optional.

Who receives your data
Your request is handled by authorised SKLUBS staff and the providers needed for the contact channel or service used. The website uses WordPress and Hostinger. An email link opens your email application; a telephone link opens your calling application. No message is sent merely by selecting a product or preparing a quote email.
WhatsApp links take you to a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta. If you use it, your telephone number, messages and associated information are processed under that service’s privacy terms as well as for handling your request by SKLUBS. You can contact us by email or telephone instead.
If an order follows, relevant providers may include production partners, carriers, invoicing or payment services and the other tools needed for the agreed service. Project files may be shared with the relevant production partner, including our partners in China. Details needed for delivery are provided to the carrier. The launch website does not offer an online payment or customer-account journey.

How long we keep your data
Quote requests and contacts: 3 years after the last contact. Marketing data: for the duration of the business relationship and then 3 years, unless you object or withdraw consent. Order data: for the time needed to fulfil the order and manage the business relationship.
Invoices and accounting data are kept for 10 years in accordance with applicable obligations. Data needed for a dispute is retained for the applicable limitation periods.

Cookies and tracking technologies
Necessary cookies support security, sessions and remembering your privacy choices. Optional analytics, marketing and review services are controlled through the cookie preferences panel. You can reject optional cookies or change your choices using “Manage cookies” in the footer.
Your choice is stored for six months. External services opened through a link, such as WhatsApp, apply their own privacy and cookie settings on their platforms.

Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
