Our European sales office is in Colombes, France; it does not receive walk-in visitors. Production is coordinated with workshops in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, China.
For custom Mylar bags, the minimum order is 250 units per reference. For other products, we confirm the minimum in your quote according to the material and printing method.
Send the files you have, if available. A digital artwork proof is provided where required. Physical prototypes and additional documents are discussed according to your product and project schedule.
Production and transport are separate stages. We confirm the schedule in your quotation after reviewing the product and artwork requirements.
We offer international delivery. Share your delivery country so we can specify transport options and estimated shipping times in your quote.
DELIVERY & INVOICING

For DAP delivery, the named destination and transport arrangements are stated in the quotation. Import clearance, applicable duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Check these costs before confirming the order.
Your invoice comes from our French company, with an EU VAT number.
