Custom stickers and labels that fit your packaging
A label needs to work on the actual product, not just look good on a screen. SKLUBS helps you define custom printed stickers and labels for jars, bottles, pouches, shipping boxes and promotional items. Start with the surface, the application conditions and your artwork; we use these details to prepare a project-specific quote.

Start with the surface you are labelling
Tell us whether the label will be applied to glass, plastic, paperboard or a flexible pouch. Include the available area, dimensions, curves and any texture. A photograph of the container is useful, but does not replace measurements.
Describe moisture, rubbing, storage temperature and contact with oils or other products. These conditions guide the material and adhesive review. Do not assume that a finish alone makes a label waterproof or suitable for direct food contact.
Shape, material and finish
Choose a standard outline or request a custom-cut shape. Share the intended appearance: matt, gloss, transparent, holographic or a kraft-style finish. Availability and suitability are checked against your dimensions, quantity and intended use.
For clear labels, explain which areas should remain transparent and which need an opaque print. Fine text, small details and the cutting line must be reviewed at the final size before artwork approval.
Hand application or labels on a roll?
Describe how the labels will be applied. Individual stickers and roll labels require different production information. For roll application, provide the winding direction, core dimensions and roll constraints required by your equipment. The proposed specification must match the application process; machine compatibility is not assumed.
Prepare the artwork and quantities
Send your artwork, finished label dimensions, desired shape and quantity for each design. Identify any variable information, barcode or text that must remain legible. Request the production template before finalising bleed and cutting lines.
Check the proof for size, wording, orientation and colour expectations before approving production. The minimum order, material choice and lead time are confirmed for the actual project rather than inferred from a different label.
Delivery and quote scope
Include the delivery country, postcode and required date in your request. Ask for the label specification, quantity, packing format and transport assumptions to be stated separately. For a DAP quote, import duties and import VAT are payable on arrival where applicable. The delivery terms are confirmed in the quote.
Sticker and label questions
Can I request a custom shape? Yes. Supply the outline or describe it; feasibility is reviewed with the size, material and quantity.
Which label works on a jar? Share the jar material, dimensions, curved area and conditions of use. These details determine which specification needs testing.
Are all stickers waterproof? No blanket performance claim applies. Explain the exposure so the material, adhesive and any required validation can be checked.
Send your label brief
Send the container details, label dimensions, artwork, quantity per design and delivery destination. If a detail is undecided, flag it in your request so it can be clarified before the quote. We can also discuss labels for the custom boxes and flexible packaging in your project.
